The Southern Belle Bakery was established in 2021 and is the culmination of over twenty years of dreaming and planning by the owner, Brittany Hlavac. Brittany is a local mother of three from Rock Hill, NY by way of Conway, AR.

 

Her love of sugar art started at a young age, helping her grandmother and great-grandmother bake for friends, family and the community. Many of the desserts featured are derived from recipes passed down through generations, each adding their own unique interpretations and improvements. From sugar cookies to muffins, to lemon cakes, to brownies you are sure to find the right sugary confection to satisfy your sweet tooth.
